Oops, by John Armleder, Francis Baudevin, Robert Breer, Michael Scott and John
Tremblay is a presentation of a concrete model of the question of perception
and of a responsive eye. The exhibition's unusual title comes from a series
of four paintings by Francis Baudevin, in which the artist recycles signs and
motifs from the field of commercial visual communication.
The collection also includes a huge 6-by-12 metre sculpture by John Tremblay,
which is designed to be climbed over, giving the public a number of different
perspectives from which to view the other works hung on the walls.
